The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a Cocktail Hour, followed by a gourmet four-course dinner at 7:00 PM. Throughout the night, enjoy Live Entertainment as you hit the dance floor.

- Salad: Baby Spinach Salad with dried cranberries, pine nuts, parmesan shavings, strawberry slices, and strawberry vinaigrette.
- Appetizer: Prosciutto caprese crostinis with balsamic reduction.
- Main Course: Surf & Turf featuring Grilled Tenderloin Medallions topped with pickled onions and housemade chimichurri, accompanied by a shrimp scallop skewer drizzled with a black garlic sauce, rainbow carrots, and creamy spinach risotto.
